Staff undertaking the training days are finding the work very useful and are feeling challenged by the style and intensity of the work. They feel it is a very positive experience and appreciate they can only achieve this with having support staff coming in to cover their time. Without this vital element they feel the project would lose impetus, as it is the cover that gives them the space to really develop relationships.
