Claire Simpson - Visual Artist

Claire trained at Lincoln College of Arts and Design and Bretton Hall, Leeds University (BA Hons and Inter Arts). In 1992 she was appointed as Outreach and Development Officer at Blackfriars Arts Centre, Boston. From 1997- 2003, Claire worked as Co-Manager of Mantle Community Arts, Coalville. Claire is a freelance visual artist and has worked with the Philharmonia and Britten Sinfonia orchestras and with the Aldeburgh festival. She has been an associate artist of Salamanda Tandem since 2000.
