There are two elements to the project, running in parallel:

1. Research
A three-stage research exercise, (a) investigating the relationships between HE, government, non-governmental organisations and the practice of art work with people, and (b) identifying definitions or codes of best practice in (i) UK; (ii) Europe; (iii) selected other countries world-wide.
2 Professional Education
Involving pilots and the writing of programmes for post-graduate and post-experience Certificate, Diploma and Masters awards in Arts Work with People, for delivery via managed placements, peripatetic supervision, residential courses, distance learning, tutorials and dissertation.
