Ray Kohn - Development Manager

After gaining his degree at Cambridge and working in commercial companies, Ray Kohn devoted himself to a vocation in education; working as a teacher, senior college manager and adult education Principal. Since 1997 he has run his own consultancy companies with clients all over the UK and abroad. He is also a composer and violinist who has taught improvisation workshops. He has pioneered music-making education programmes for adults with severe learning difficulties whilst teaching, conducting and leading orchestral classes.. Since working with Salamanda Tandem, he has been focusing on the development of innovative ways to assess the creative capacity of individuals and groups.
