In pursuit of its policy, all Salamanda Tandem's artists subscribe to a broad set of principles. These ensure that a degree of continuity runs through all its activities. In essence the company's vision derives from what is both universal and individual in people. The company tries to respect, celebrate and learn from such things as are unique about a person, and place them in a creative context in which, despite the force of preconceptions and cultural prejudices, they can have wide and unmistakeable meaning.
