All Salamanda Tandem's artists are skilled and experienced professionals with specific training in work with others; many have established international reputations. Each one is committed to, and relishes, collaboration.

The company especially values partnerships between disabled and able-bodied artists: it endeavors to work in non-discriminatory ways so as to ensure an equality of opportunity for each. When a disabled artist wishes to work independently the company attempts to provide the support to make it possible.
